At Digital Punjab Labs and its brands, we strive to deliver valuable and engaging learning experiences. However, we understand that expectations may vary. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully:


1. Trial and Refund Eligibility

We offer a satisfaction-based refund policy:

  • If you are not satisfied after attending the first class, you may request a 100% refund of the course fee.

  • The refund request must be made within 24 hours after the first class.

  • No refunds will be processed after the second class has commenced.


2. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, course name, date of first class, and the reason for your cancellation.


3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Request made after attending the second class

  • Incomplete attendance in the first session

  • Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., poor internet connection)


5. Course Cancellation by Us

If a course is cancelled by Digital Punjab Labs and its brands for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, based on your preference.
