1. Trial and Refund Eligibility
We offer a satisfaction-based refund policy:

If you are not satisfied after attending the first class, you may request a 100% refund of the course fee.

The refund request must be made within 24 hours after the first class.

No refunds will be processed after the second class has commenced.
2. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, course name, date of first class, and the reason for your cancellation.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

5. Course Cancellation by Us
If a course is cancelled by Digital Punjab Labs and its brands for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, based on your preference.
